TuLugar is based in Asunción, Paraguay. You can contact us at info@tulugar.com. We collect the following types of information: account information (name, email address, phone number); listing data (property descriptions, images, pricing); messages exchanged through the Platform; usage and analytics data (pages viewed, features used).
We use your data to: operate and maintain the Platform; authenticate your identity and manage your account; facilitate messaging between users; improve the Platform; and provide customer support.
TuLugar does NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only accessed by essential service providers required to operate the Platform: hosting infrastructure and Stripe for payment processing. We may disclose data to law enforcement only when required by law.
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
TuLugar may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
When you use the Tu Lugar API or connect Tu Lugar to an AI assistant such as Claude (through our Model Context Protocol connector), we process only the data needed to perform the action you request. For authenticated access we store OAuth access and refresh tokens, kept as hashes, until they expire or you revoke them. When you create or edit a listing through a connector we store the listing details you provide; when you or a buyer sends an inquiry we store the name, contact details, and message provided. We do not access, store, or process your AI assistant's chat history, memory, uploaded files, or any conversation content beyond the specific inputs you pass to a tool. This data is used solely to provide the requested service — publishing and managing listings, and contacting agents — and is shared only as described in 'Data Sharing' above. You can revoke a connector's access at any time from your Tu Lugar account or your AI client's connector settings. For questions about API or connector data, contact info@tulugar.com.
