The space, for the months you selected
You buy the placement for the period you chose. For those months the space is yours — nobody else can occupy it.
Your ad, your destination
You define the ad. It can point to your page on tulugar.com — your project, your agency, your profile — or to your own site outside TuLugar.
Design it yourself, or we design it for you
After purchase you upload your image or build the ad in the editor, from your profile. Or write to us and we design it for you.
Publication subject to approval
We review every ad before it goes live. We do not approve offensive content or content unrelated to real estate, and we reserve the right to reject any ad without stating a reason.
If we reject your ad, we refund everything you paid minus Stripe’s processing fee, which Stripe does not return (approx. 2.9% + US$0.30 per card payment).

Your image is the 116 × 110 thumb; your copy sits beside it on a white card, like the homepage. Minimum 232×220 px, optimal 348×330 px.
Three ways to build it
- · Upload two images, one vertical and one horizontal — each format with its perfect crop.
- · Or upload one large image (1920 × 1080 or more) and we crop both formats for you.
- · Or build it entirely in the editor, from your profile — no image upload at all.
- Copy
- Name, eyebrow, hook, price and delivery — in your language and your own words: we do not translate advertiser copy.
- Destination
- Your page on tulugar.com or your own site. A click has to reach something that exists.
