No. Each option is a one-time payment for what you choose: credits you use whenever you like, or the months you book. Nothing renews automatically.
Featuring gives one of your properties or projects priority in results, on the map and in the directory. Advertising is a space for your brand on the home page, with your own design and the destination you choose.
Yes: featured projects get a discount on a 12-month term. Home page advertising is booked by the month, up to 6 months ahead, always at the same monthly rate.
