Do I need a paid plan?
No, publishing is free. A new account can have up to 25 active listings, and the limit grows as your listings are approved. If you have more properties, we import your whole portfolio at no cost and it is published under your company page.
What if my listings change?
You can update your listings anytime through your TuLugar dashboard. And if you use a real estate CRM (Tokko, Wasi, Adinco, etc.), we connect it and your listings sync automatically: new listings, removals, and price changes.
