ZUBA Molas Plaza

ZUBA Molas Plaza is a premier mixed-use complex located on Avenida Dr. Felipe Molas López in the Santísima Trinidad neighborhood of Asunción. The project comprises two high-end residential towers — Tower 1 (19 floors, 95% sold) and Tower 2 (24 floors, in pre-launch) — plus a third tower coming soon.
