Cadastral account (cuenta corriente catastral)
A unique cadastral and fiscal ID assigned by Paraguay's National Cadastre Service to each property, linked to property-tax calculation.
The cuenta corriente catastral (CCC) identifies a property in the fiscal-cadastral system of the Servicio Nacional de Catastro (SNC). It's distinct from the Registry's matrícula: matrícula is legal (ownership and encumbrances), CCC is fiscal (basis for property tax). Standard sale practice requests both: the matrícula report from the Registry and the cadastral certificate / no-debt confirmation from the municipality. A property can be in one name per matrícula but in another per CCC if not updated after transfer.
