A single-room apartment integrating bedroom, living area, and kitchen in one space with a separate bathroom; typical area 25–40 m².
The monoambiente is the compact-residential category in Paraguay. Aimed at singles, students, young couples, or rental investors (especially short-term/Airbnb), typically 25–40 m². Kitchen is usually integrated with the living area or as a small kitchenette. Bathroom is always separate. Supply concentrates in modern towers in Villa Morra, Recoleta, and downtown Asunción. Monthly rents typically USD 250–500 depending on location and building age.
